I have been with SCARS for some time, and not because I have anything wrong with me. I’m just not as lucky as some others. I’m a large girl–not sure on my breed and SCARS thinks I’m around 8 years old. I am great on and off leash and especially love going for quad rides. My foster mom says I am so loyal and listen so well. I love playing with my buddy Randy, however I can be a little picky about what dogs I call my friends. As I get older and the weather is cold I enjoy being inside more then out. Getting kinda soft.
I have always enjoyed going for car rides and have always been a good girl when going to the vet. I think I would perfer a home with older kids since I’m not used to the little ones.
I’m a Sanctuary Animal
What’s a sanctuary animal? Sanctuary animals are permanent wards of SCARS due to medical conditions or behavioural issues and we are not likely to ever find an adoptive family.
SCARS is committed to giving these animals a home and the love, care and attention they deserve! We house them at our two main intake facilities.
We look to businesses to sponsor Sactuary Animals to help us offset the cost of housing them.
