For the month of November our bonded adoption fee is %50 off, or $300 to celebrate national Adopt a Senior Pet Month!

Update, Oct 27: Alright people, we really don’t know what’s going on here. We have been in care with SCARS now for almost 3 months without a single application, can you believe that?

We are lovable lugs just wanting to be fed, loved (couch snuggles are our favourite!) and taken for little walks.
We are a senior, bonded pair just looking for somewhere quiet to retire.
If you, or someone you know, have room for two awesome senior pups, please fill out an application for adoption!

Can you say “instant family”? Well that’s us – a loveable low key couple, looking for a wonderful place to retire. Smell the roses. Lay in the sun or by the fire. Watch the world go by. Putter around on relaxed walkies. We love people, other dogs and can even handle cats. If that sounds like your kind of lifestyle, please read on and consider adopting us.

Even though SCARS has promoted the heck out of their bonded pairs and senior dogs, we’re still available and eager for adoption. What. Is. Up. With. That?

Living is easy with the two of us. Couches and snuggles are our number one ( and number two) favourite pastimes. We’re a 10 year old bonded pair who have been together almost our full lives.  We’re yin and yang and complement each other to a tee. As with a lot of seniors, our legs can be a bit “creaky” so shorter walks are all we need. Several short walks a day and we’re good. Really good.

Please note: If other cats/dogs in your home are not spayed/neutered, we may deny your application. SCARS exists due to lack of spaying/neutering and it is our goal to end this cycle. If there is a documented medical reason for your animal to not be spayed/neutered, we will work with you.
