Update, September 12: Hey everyone! I’m Lady and there are a few things you need to know about me. On the plus side I’m an absolute charm. I know how to sneak in my pets and be alluring enough that you volunteer to cuddle me! Maybe it’s my beautiful colors or maybe it’s because you can tell that I really love you too, either way I know how to get my snuggle on. If you’re considering adopting me though, you should also know that I like a nice high place with a view to perch. Foster mom isn’t sure if I like watching out the window because I like nature or if I just like to watch the birds, you’ll have to meet me and discover the answer! I do however have some quirks, because nobody is perfect, unfortunately I don’t share my people or my home very well. I am preferably looking for a home without any other cats and dogs. There aren’t any children here but since I am such a love bug, I would probably be good with them as long as they have manners. That’s it, all I’m asking for, the opportunity to dedicate myself to you and you to dedicate yourself to me. Looking forward to the snuggles! XOXO – Lady

With a name like Lady, you certainly have a lot to live up to. And even though I’ve only been with SCARS for a short while, I am living up to my name. My foster parents will update my bio as they get to know me better. So far they know I have great litter box habits, I like to be brushed and I adore affection from people. If you’re mindlessly petting me and trail off, I will remind you with a gentle bump with my paw. Oh, and the orange streak on my forehead is just the cutest thing ever.

Please note: If other cats/dogs in your home are not spayed/neutered, we may deny your application. SCARS exists due to lack of spaying/neutering and it is our goal to end this cycle. If there is a documented medical reason for your animal to not be spayed/neutered, we will work with you.
