I may look a bit like a franken-puppy right now all “stitched” up (get it?!) because I had to have one of my eyes removed. Somehow I suffered a pretty bad head injury that left that one eye kinda useless and pretty painful so the kind vet just took it out. I’m learning to get around with one eye though I still sometimes bump into stuff or have a hard time finding my foster mom when I’m called. My face is still swollen from the trauma and the surgery so I have a wee bit of trouble eating and am a bit of a messy drinker at the moment.
I’m great so far with the cats and with my 5 year old foster kid…she is really nice to me and sneaks me treats…which is good because my foster mom says I am “skeletal” which I think means really really really skinny. Since I am only about 4 months old, I have some time to fatten up and I am pretty certain I’m going to be GINORMOUS!
I will stay with my foster mom for a bit longer, at least until I get my stitches out but that doesn’t mean you can’t come and meet me!
