Brooklen (formerly Will)

Good day, SCARS. Since Brooks has become a part of our family, he has stolen all our hearts. He’s the gentle giant like Fernando the bull. I adopted him in august of 2014 as he was rescued from malnutrition. I had originally adopted Brook to give him a new life, but also to provide my other dog, Flash, with companionship as he neared the end of his life. Brooks was able to win over the old dog’s heart and, after fighting cancer for 3 years, Flash suffered no more. Brook stayed with his buddy to the end. He also helped bring me out of the darkness. He may be shy at the start, but once you start scratching his neck he won’t let you stop. And you will have to look out for big kisses which are next. He is now 2 and a half and full of life at a healthy 100lbs. He loves to play with his cousins and grandma’s cat. Thank you SCARS for the joy you gave us.
