Chase the Ace

Video overview: How does the SCARS Chase the Ace raffle work?

More detail - How does the SCARS Chase the Ace raffle work?

Raffle runs each week with a winner being drawn each Wednesday. Tickets purchased have two chances to win each week.

Each week %50 of the proceeds go to SCARS. The other 50% is split into two prize amounts of 20% (which is drawn for each week) and 30% which goes into a progressive pot until it is won.

Wednesday we draw for the weekly amount winner (they win the 20%).

Then on Thursday, that winner picks a card from the deck (*see rules below around this). If the Ace of Spades is drawn, they also win the Progressive Jackpot and the game ends. If the Ace of Spades is not drawn, new weekly raffle starts and that weekly pot (30%) gets added to the growing Progressive Pot for a chance to win next week.

Progressive jackpot is the sum of ALL progressive jackpots (%30) each week until the Ace of Spades is drawn.

Card Draw rules

Because of AGLC regulations, and the game schedule, the weekly winner must be present at SCARS’ Morinville facility on Thursday morning to do the draw. If they are not present (for whatever reason), SCARS will make the draw. Weekly draw will be done live on Social Media.
