The Grosvenor Dog Swim is Back!

Bring your dog for a swim and support SCARS on Monday, September 7 from 12 – 3 p.m. at Grosvenor Outdoor Pool for the 2026 Grosvenor Dog Swim!

New for 2026:

We’ve added a small dog swim for dogs 25 lbs and under!

All Dog Swim: 12-1:45 p.m.

Small Dog Swim: 2-3 p.m.

• Between the general and small dog swim times, there will be a 15-minute reset where all dogs and owners must exit the facility.
• To make sure everyone gets a chance to swim, dogs are only allowed to attend one of the swim times.
• Small dogs are welcome to attend the all dog swim.
• To take part in the small dog swim, dogs must be under 25lbs.
•  Dogs that clearly exceed the weight limit will not be allowed in the small dog swim.

Admission by donation

Admission is a monetary donation to help support Second Chance Animal Rescue Society (SCARS) and new or gently used pet-related items will also be accepted. For a complete list of possible donation items, see the SCARS wish list.

Rules

• Dogs must be able to enter and exit the water by themselves, or with some owner assistance from the side of the pool.
• During the event only dogs are permitted in the pool.
• Make sure you bring waste bags to pick up after your dog.
