Salisbury Garden Centre Cat Adoption Event
Come down to Salisbury Garden Centre and find your newest family fur member. We will have a number of cats and kittens on-site who will be ready to go home with you if you have filled out an application and been screened prior to attending.
Please complete a general adoption application at: SCARS Adoption Forms prior to attending the event. In the name field on the application please add “adoption event” and it will be pre-screened in time for the event! This will help speed up the process should you decide to adopt.

We will have merchandise available for purchase as well as volunteers to answer any questions you have.
Remember bring a cat carrier with you if you’re scheduled to adopt!
We will also be accepting donations of much needed cat supplies:
- Litter
- Wet kitten food
- Kitten kibble
Attend the Salisbury Greenhouse Cat Garden Workshop 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (while tickets last)
Your love of gardening and love of cats will collide in this fun and innovative workshop! Create your own cat garden using a mixture of feline-friendly plants. Decorate your gardens with trendy figurines to entice your purrfect little kitties. Our instructors will guide you through assembling your cat garden free of charge— all you pay for is the materials and plants required (around $35, container included).
This workshop is offered in partnership with Second Chance Animal Rescue Society (SCARS). Come prepared for kitten cuddles and view a variety of adoptable cats during this workshop! If you’re interested in adopting a new furry friend, applications can be submitted through the SCARS website here! Donations to SCARS are also welcomed and accepted.
The class is free to attend. No need to bring your own plants — we’ve got everything you need right here at the greenhouse! There’s a $10 deposit to reserve your spot, which we’ll deduct from your purchase on the day of the class
