Here is Tipper. Tipper came into care with three other kittens, all roughly the same age. It’s hard for us to know if they’re siblings, but they certainly do get along and we wouldn’t be surprised if they are littermates! A quick roll call to introduce the crew: Dakota (grey tabby), Marcus (black domestic short hair), and the solo female Marco (black domestic long hair). All four of them came into care in very rough shape, with Tipper certainly being the roughest.
Tipper was lovingly nicknamed “Twitch” due to his constant shaking when he first came into care. Tipper had been attacked by a larger tomcat and had the worst case of ear mites that our partner vet had ever seen. We are happy to report that things are looking up for Tipper! His neck wounds are healing well and did not develop an infection. His foster parents are cleaning eyes, ears, and noses multiple times a day in addition to administering his medications.
We’re hoping Tipper & his litter mates make a full recovery and we truly do appreciate people like you who help us, help them! I would be happy to keep you updated on how Tipper and his pals are doing. Even though he has been through a VERY rough start, he is such a sweet loving soul.
