January 19… Another… frozen… stray cat… 
He’s currently at the vet seeking medical treatment. His paws are very hard & this continued cold weather has not been good to him. We will update once we hear more. (Update: Owner was found with a microchip. They will be making the medical decisions for this poor cat.)
