What is an individual ticket?
An Individual Ticket is $100 per person and includes admission and buffet dinner for one guest.
Each Individual Ticket has its own Ticket / QR Code for event check-in. If you purchase multiple Individual Tickets, you will receive a separate Ticket / QR Code for each admission.
What is a Table Host?
A Table Host package is $1,200 and includes admission and buffet dinner for 8 guests, a reserved table with table card, and a $400 donation to SCARS.
You will receive one Ticket / QR Code that admits all 8 guests. The same QR code can be shared with your guests so they can check in individually as they arrive.
What is a Table Card Sponsorship?
A Table Card Sponsorship is $600 and includes admission and buffet dinner for 2 guests, table card recognition, and a $400 donation to SCARS.
The 2 guests will typically be seated at the table displaying their sponsored table card, with the remaining seats assigned to other event guests.
You will receive one Ticket / QR Code that admits both guests. The same QR code can be shared with both guests for event check-in.
What's the difference between a Table Host and a Table Card Sponsor?
A Table Host includes a reserved table exclusively for 8 guests and a $400 donation to SCARS.
A Table Card Sponsorship includes admission for 2 guests, table card recognition and a $400 donation to SCARS. The 2 guests will typically be seated at the table displaying their sponsored table card, but the remainder of the table is assigned to other event guests.
How do the Ticket / QR Codes work?
Your Ticket / QR Code is used for event check-in and shows how many admissions it includes.
Individual Tickets each have their own QR code. Table Host and Table Card Sponsor packages use one QR code for all admissions included in the package.
If your QR code includes multiple admissions, you can share the same QR code with your guests so they can present it when they arrive.
Guests who don't have their QR code can still check in by providing the name of the person who made the purchase.
Do I need to provide my guests' names when I buy?
No. You do not need to know your guests' names when you purchase.
Once you know who will be attending, simply share the appropriate Ticket / QR Code with them before the event.
Do my guests need their own bidding accounts?
Yes, if they plan to bid in the auction. Each person who wishes to bid must create their own ReadySetAuction bidding account.
Online bidding begins two weeks before Bark to the Future, so guests can create their accounts and begin bidding before the event.
What is the additional donation option?
This is an optional additional donation to SCARS that can be added to your ticket purchase. It is separate from the ticket price and is not required to attend the event.
